As part of our ‘Negotiate now’ project, we are launching a conversation on innovation in peacenegotiations by listening to the voice of the younger generation. To achieve this, we are holding workshops on conflict
de-escalation with the following objectives:
- To gather the younger generation’s perspectives on current avenues for de-escalating armed conflicts.
- To equip them with de-escalation negotiation tools to help them develop a new understanding of the dynamics they observe daily in the media.
- To inspire them to advance the conversation forward within their personal circles, fostering intergenerational dialogue on these issues.
Negotiate Now' is an inclusive initiative that brings together diverse geographical perspectives from around the world. After conducting a workshop with Universities in New York (United States), we are expanding our reach to Beirut (Lebanon), Singapore, Nairobi (Kenya), London (United Kingdom), Bogota (Colombia), and various regions of Switzerland. Our goal is to collect the most diverse recommendations from youth to present to global decision-makers.
