On Thursday, 5 March 2026, Dr. Marzia Marastoni and Mr. Fabio Falkenstein led a workshop at the Central European University in Vienna, a leading institution in international affairs. The session brought together a select group of international relations and international law students, all passionate about negotiation. Participants delved into the SCHRANNER CONCEPT®, navigating each stage of the negotiation process, from preparation and opening to leadership and overcoming deadlocks. After mastering key negotiation strategies, students applied their learning in a role-play based on a real-life scenario. This initiative reflects the belief that the next generation plays a vital role in advancing innovative approaches to negotiation and conflict de-escalation.
