On Thursday, 5 March 2026, Dr. Marzia Marastoni and Mr. Fabio Falkenstein led a workshop at the Central European University in Vienna, a leading institution in international affairs. The session brought together a select group of international relations and international law students, all passionate about negotiation. Participants delved into the Schranner Concept, navigating each stage of the negotiation process, from preparation and opening to leadership and overcoming deadlocks. After mastering key negotiation strategies, students applied their learning in a role-play based on a real-life scenario. This initiative reflects the belief that the next generation plays a vital role in advancing innovative approaches to negotiation and conflict de-escalation.
